Într-o lume în care seriozitatea și calitatea se construiesc în timp, povestea RaduCons Impex SRL începe în anul 1992, în Craiova, România. A fost visul unui om pasionat de tehnică și de inovație — Radu Constantin, fondatorul companiei și deținătorul brevetelor de invenție pentru suporturile metalice destinate aparatelor de aer condiționat și pompelor de căldură produse astăzi în fabrica noastră.

The RaduCons story
With a team of 56 employees and a research and development department with 4 specialists, the company operates on an area of 1,240 square meters, in a modern factory, fully equipped with state-of-the-art welding and control equipment.
1990–1992
The beginnings – passion, courage and innovation
Our story started from a genuine passion for creation.
In 1990, while working as a technician at the Craiova Aircraft Factory, Radu Cornel built his first small business, becoming the first Romanian manufacturer of football shoe studs. His products were delivered to teams like Farul Constanța and Universitatea Craiova, marking the beginning of a true entrepreneurial journey.
Soon after, his technical curiosity led him toward the automotive industry, where he designed and produced plastic spare parts for Dacia cars.
In 1992, his vision took shape — RaduCons Impex SRL was officially founded, built on passion, precision, and perseverance.
1993–2000
Growth and diversification
During the following decade, RaduCons expanded its expertise in the automotive field, producing 17 Dacia components and 12 Daewoo-certified parts for first-mount assembly lines.
These projects strengthened the company’s engineering foundation and team culture — focused on precision, discipline, and long-term quality.
This technical background became the foundation for a new and groundbreaking direction: AC and heat pump mounting brackets.
2001–2005
Innovation that changed everything
In 2001, RaduCons designed its first air conditioning wall bracket, introducing a product that combined functionality, safety, and aesthetic simplicity.
By 2005, the design was officially patented at OSIM, marking a turning point for the company — from diversified manufacturing to full specialization in HVAC mounting systems.
The innovation proved its value quickly. Within a few years, RaduCons products reached international markets including Australia, Canada, South Africa, and multiple European countries.
2005–2015
From Craiova to the world
As the company grew, RaduCons became a trusted European supplier of metal brackets, known for consistency and reliability.
A milestone partnership with Heat Craft Australia, lasting 13 years, positioned RaduCons among the leading global producers in its niche.
To meet rising international standards, RaduCons built its own zinc coating and electrostatic powder painting line, integrating all critical stages — from cutting and welding to finishing and packaging — within the same facility.
This full-control approach became a signature of RaduCons quality.
2015–present
Excellence and certification
Today, RaduCons proudly holds the ISO 9001:2000 certification, issued by the International Management Accreditation Board (C-MCG No. 2590 / 20.12.2023).
All RaduCons products are tested and certified by Electroputere SA Craiova, confirming their durability, strength, and safety.

RaduCons looks to the future with the same passion for innovation that defined its beginnings.
Today, the company owns its own photovoltaic park, with an installed power of 310 kW, which ensures energy independence and a reduced impact on the environment.
Development plans include the complete automation of the pressing and stamping processes, through the introduction of industrial robots and green technologies.
Our objective is clear: efficiency, sustainability and zero carbon footprint.
